Protexin - Denamarin Liver Supplements 5KG-Over 15KG For Cats & Dogs

Denamarin provides multi-faceted high-level nutritional support for the liver due to its synergistic combination of S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) and silybin.

Please note we are using a new tablet coating so you may notice our tablets are now beige.

Ingredients

• SAMe
  A stabilised form of the S,S-SAMe isomer, the predominant form synthesised in cells and the isomer which is biologically active
• Silybin
  Silybin complexed with phosphatidylcholine, which has been shown to be more bioavailable than silybin alone.

Directions For Use
Where possible we recommend an overnight fast to ensure the stomach is empty before administering the tablet, thereby allowing the best absorption of the active ingredients. However, when an overnight fast is not possible please allow a minimum of 2 hours (ideally longer) after feeding before administering the tablets.

Once the tablet has been administered, allow at least 1 hour before feeding your pet.

The number of tablets administered may gradually be reduced, or increased, at any time at the recommendation of your veterinary surgeon.

Feeding Guide
Cat <5kg: 1 tablet daily
Dog <5kg: 1 small tablet daily
Dogs 5-15kg: 1 medium tablet daily
Dogs 15-30kg: 1 large tablet daily
Dogs 30-55kg: 2 large tablets daily
Dogs >55kg: 3 large tablets daily

Administration Instructions
The coated tablet protects the SAMe from degradation. Denamarin is also blister-packed to prevent oxidation of the SAMe to the non-biologically active R,S-SAMe isomer.
